Chryssi Biskitzi is Rowing Olympian with 4 participations in the Olympics (Atlanta, Sydney, Athens, Beijing). She has won 3 bronze medals in World Championships and 2 gold medals in European Women's Championships. She holds a degree in Finance and Banking Administration from the University of Piraeus and a postgraduate MSc degree in Sports Organizations and Business Administration from the University of Peloponnese. Her thesis was on "Olympic Games and the Internet: The Olympic Movement and Social Media in The Dissemination of Messages" presented at the 4th International Conference of the International Olympic Academy (Ancient Olympia 2018) for Olympians and participants in the Olympic Games. She is an officer in the Hellenic Coast Guard and head coach of rowing at the Nautical Club (ENOA). She served as a member of the Sports Excellence program team at the A Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens (2018-2019). She is a professor at the School of Coaches of the General Secretariat of Sports for rowing coaches in the subject of "Sports Organization and Management" (2019, 2021). Since November 2019, she has been appointed by the General Secretariat of Sports as Superintendent of Facilities and Events at the Sports Center of Agios Kosmas. She is the treasurer of the Board of Hellenic Olympians Association and member of Hellenic Olympic Winners Association.

 In 2022, she was selected for the IOC's WISH program to support women in leadership coaching and administrative roles. She actively participates in conferences, seminars, workshops, and educational programs to promote and disseminate sports and Olympic values. She is married with 2 children.
