May is American, originally from New York. She has spent the last 14 years working in international development as a monitoring and evaluation advisor. She has lived in Rwanda, Kenya and Ghana and has worked on projects across Africa, Asia and South America focusing on digital development, peace, child development,education, agriculture and health. May has a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University. She recently moved to Lausanne, Switzerland in 2023 with her husband and dog. She enjoys good food, good conversations and nature.
