For the seventh consecutive year, the University of Peloponnese (TODA) participates in the Joint Postgraduate Programme within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus programme (EMJMD) entitled "Sports Ethics and Integrity" (MAiSI), which is a unique international collaboration with the International Olympic Academy as a valuable ally. The main coordinator of MAISI is the KU Leuven University (Belgium) and the other partners are Swansea University (UK), Charles University in the Czech Republic, the Pompeu Fabra University in Spain and the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz in Germany. The degree awarded is the Master of Arts (MA) in Sports Ethics and Integrity and corresponds to 120 ECTS credits, distributed over two years of study (30 ECTS per semester). The University of Peloponnese offers students two compulsory courses, "Research Methods & Skills" and "Olympism and the Olympic Movement", in the second and fourth semester respectively. The course is intensive and takes place at the facilities of the International Olympic Academy (IOA) in Ancient Olympia for two weeks every summer (June-July), where final-year also have the opportunity to present their thesis (M.A.) on Ethics and Integrity in Sport, putting forward innovative proposals and suggesting solutions for confronting any malaise. Students have the opportunity to meet there and exchange experiences starting with educational visits to the most important Panhellenic Sports Centres of Antiquity. In addition, first-year students have the opportunity to attend the public defence of the final-year students' theses and discuss indicative topics for their own thesis submission through creative dialogue with professors from all universities.
