IOA and the Greek Ministry of Education and Sport join forces
The beginning of an extensive cooperation between the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports was stressed by the Deputy Minister of Sports, Mr. Yiannis Vroutsis, during his visit to the IOA premises in Ancient Olympia on the occasion of the 10th International Conference organized by the Hellenic Sports Press Association with great success.
On the sidelines of the Congress, the IOA President, Mr. Isidoros Kouvelos, and Mr. Yιannis Vroutsis had essential discussions on the work of the Academy and the possibilities that open up for close cooperation in the field of training of sports executives and Olympic education at schools, designing special programs that can be put into operation by the IOA as soon as possible.

Coopération étroite entre l’AIO et le ministère de l’Éducation et des Sports
Le début d’une vaste coopération entre le ministère de l’Éducation et des Sports et l’AIO a été souligné par le ministre délégué des Sports, M. Yiannis Vroutsis, lors de sa visite aux installations de l’AIO en ancienne Olympie, à l’occasion de la 10e Conférence internationale organisée par l’Union Panhellénique de la Presse Sportive (PSAT) avec un succès absolu.
En marge de la Conférence, le Président de l’AIO, M. Isidoros Kouvelos, et M. Yiannis Vroutsis ont eu d’importantes discussions sur l’œuvre de l’Académie et les possibilités qui s’ouvrent pour une coopération étroite dans le domaine de la formation des cadres sportifs mais aussi dans celui de l’éducation olympique des étudiants, avec la conception d’un programme spécial par l’AIO qui pourra être mis en œuvre dès que possible.

Στενή συνεργασία ΔΟΑ και Υπουργείου Παιδείας και Αθλητισμού
Την έναρξη μιας εκτεταμένης συνεργασίας μεταξύ του Υπουργείου Παιδείας Θρησκευμάτων και Αθλητισμού τόνισε ο Αναπληρωτής Υπουργός Αθλητισμού κ. Γιάννης Βρούτσης, κατά την επίσκεψη του στις εγκαταστάσεις της ΔΟΑ στην Αρχαία Ολυμπία, με την ευκαιρία του 10ου Διεθνούς Συνεδρίου που διοργάνωσε ο ΠΣΑΤ με απόλυτη επιτυχία.
Στο περιθώριο του Συνεδρίου, ο Πρόεδρος της ΔΟΑ κ. Ισίδωρος Κούβελος και ο κ. Γιάννης Βρούτσης είχαν σημαντικές συζητήσεις για το έργο της Ακαδημίας και τις δυνατότητες που ανοίγονται για στενή συνεργασία στο πεδίο της επιμόρφωσης των αθλητικών στελεχών αλλά και σε εκείνο της Ολυμπιακής εκπαίδευσης των μαθητών, με τον σχεδιασμό ειδικού προγράμματος από την ΔΟΑ που μπορεί να τεθεί σε λειτουργία το συντομότερο δυνατόν.
