IOA educational development programme: Enhancing International Sport Management Skills
The International Olympic Academy has launched a new educational initiative titled "The International Elite Sports Personnel Development Programme: Enhancing International Sports ManagementSkills 2024." This programme has been developed through the collaborationof the Sport Authority of Thailand and the National Olympic Academy of Thailand and is specifically designed for officials from various Sport Federations.
The course will encompass a comprehensive curriculum that integrates lectures on key topics such as the management and bidding processes for major sporting events, governance challenges within Olympic and sports organizations, court of arbitration for sport issues and environmental sustainability. Additionally, the programme will address the legacy of the Olympic Games, the impact of social media, and the development of Paralympic sports.
Participants will also benefit from a series of educational visits to historically significant locations in Greece, including Athens, Olympia, Delphi, and Epidauros. These visits aim to provide a broader context and deeper understanding of the Olympic heritage and its ongoing influence on global sports management.

Programme de développement éducatif de l'IOA : Améliorer les compétences en gestion du sport international
L’Académie Internationale Olympique a lancé une nouvelle initiative éducative intitulée «Le Programme international de développement du personnel sportif d’élite: Améliorer les compétences internationales en gestion du sport 2024». Ce programme a été développé grâce à la collaboration de l’Autorité sportive de Thaïlande et de l’Académie Nationale Olympique de Thaïlande et est spécialement conçu pour les officiels de diverses fédérations sportives.
Le cours comprendra un programme complet qui intègredes conférences sur des sujets clés tels que la gestion et les processus de candidature pour les grands événements sportifs, les défis de gouvernance au sein des organisations olympiques et sportives, le tribunal arbitral pour les questions sportives et la durabilité environnementale. En outre, le programme a bordera l’héritage des Jeux Olympiques, l’impact des médias sociaux et le développement des sports paralympiques.
Les participants bénéficieront également d’une sériede visites éducatives dans des lieux d’importance historique en Grèce,notamment Athènes, Olympie, Delphes et Épidaure. Ces visites visent à fournirun contexte plus large et une compréhension plus profonde du patrimoine olympique et de son influence continue sur la gestion mondiale du sport.

Πρόγραμμα εκπαιδευτικής ανάπτυξης της ΔΟΑ: Ενίσχυση των διοικητικών δεξιοτήτων στον διεθνή αθλητισμό
Η Διεθνής Ολυμπιακή Ακαδημία εγκαινίασε μια νέα εκπαιδευτική πρωτοβουλία με τίτλο «The International Elite Sports Personnel Development Programme: Enhancing International Sports Management Skills 2024». Αυτό το πρόγραμμα έχει αναπτυχθεί μέσω της συνεργασίας της Αθλητικής Αρχής της Ταϊλάνδης και της Εθνικής Ολυμπιακής Ακαδημίας της Ταϊλάνδης και έχει σχεδιαστεί ειδικά για αξιωματούχους από διάφορες αθλητικές ομοσπονδίες.
Το μάθημα θα περιλαμβάνει ένα ολοκληρωμένο πρόγραμμα σπουδών που ενσωματώνει διαλέξεις σε βασικά θέματα όπως η διαχείριση και οι διαδικασίες υποβολής προσφορών για μεγάλα αθλητικά γεγονότα, προκλήσεις διακυβέρνησης εντός Ολυμπιακών και αθλητικών οργανισμών, διαιτητικό δικαστήριο για θέματα αθλητισμού και περιβαλλοντική βιωσιμότητα. Επιπλέον, το πρόγραμμα θα ασχοληθεί με την κληρονομιά των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων, τον αντίκτυπο των μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και την ανάπτυξη των Παραολυμπιακών αθλημάτων.
Οι συμμετέχοντες θα επωφεληθούν επίσης από μια σειρά εκπαιδευτικών επισκέψεων σε ιστορικά σημαντικές τοποθεσίες στην Ελλάδα, όπως η Αθήνα, η Ολυμπία, οι Δελφοί και η Επίδαυρος. Αυτές οι επισκέψεις στοχεύουν να παρέχουν ένα ευρύτερο πλαίσιο και βαθύτερη κατανόηση της Ολυμπιακής κληρονομιάς και της συνεχιζόμενης επιρροής της στην παγκόσμια διοίκηση του αθλητισμού.
