INTRODUCTION
The International Session for Educators of Higher Institutes of Physical Education aims το:
- Familiarize participants with the Olympic Movement, its history, ideals and values by providing an international forum for discussion and exchange of ideas and practices.
- Explore current issues related to physical education, sports, Olympic Games and the Olympic Movement.
- Motivate and encourage the participants to use their experiences and knowledge gained from the Session productively in their universities by introducing their students to the Olympic Ideals and motivate them to conduct research in Olympic issues.

18.00 hrs Lecture by Prof. Mag. Dr. Otmar WEISS (AUT), Department of Sport Science, University of Vienna, on the subject: “How can university sport contribute to make the Olympic Movement more relevant to the youth”.
